how to crochet girly room decor (bow garland, cushions, & bedside hanging) | free patterns + video tutorials

Hi everyone! Here are the reference patterns & notes for my youtube tutorial. Happy crocheting and redecorating <3

Granny square cushion:

Crochet 9 solid and 9 granny squares following this tutorial - https://youtu.be/iFcyBUikfYc

Written patterns for the granny squares - on my blog

Fluffy cushion with ruffles:

Make 2 pieces with the same number of stitches and rows. You can make this any size but I recommend using a tape measure/ruler to make sure that both sides are the same length if you want the cushion to be square-shaped.

Join them together & create ruffles at the same time by inserting your hook through the edges of both pieces, then insert 2-3 double crochets in each space.

Add a bow with ribbons to make it even cuter!

Bedside hanging:

Make 2 solid granny squares with 6 rounds -  https://youtu.be/iFcyBUikfYc

On one of the pieces sew/glue on a bow. On the other piece, crochet rows of double crochet to build the panel that will hang on your bedside. Chain 1 and turn your work to start each new row.

Single crochet around the squares to join them together with the same or alternating color. You can sc around the dc panel as well for a border.

Bow garland:

Crochet 50-90 foundation double crochets (I did 60 for each bow). Cross the ends of the long piece and wrap yarn tightly around the centre to turn it into a bow.
